Browsing different galleries, we come across art that exceeds the norm and we thought we would take this chance to share a few of them with you....Here at =Artistic-Maneuvers the process is far more important than the end result. Now don't get us wrong, we love to look at beautiful art but the artist comment reveals much more when you put some thought into it. This is where we get the chance to be teachers to the masses. Something as simple as YOUR inspiration may in turn inspire another. We are not asking for a step by step tutorial but we would like to see something in the artist comment about what led to the end result. So on that note, On with the features. The next set of images are creations from the mind of *nitchwarmer one of the admins here as well as my husband. His work sometimes takes hours or even days to put together but all the way through it, he is creating the background for the artist comment...A story or a feeling something to help the viewer to understand how he got where he did, the emotion behind it and anything else he feels will help the viewer to better understand what he is trying to get across.

This one was created for a contest and is an example of some of what we would like to see put into the artists comment. Even though this is not a submission to the club, he took the time to include some background which is what we would like to see all of our members start doing. It adds to the picture itself and does indeed help the viewer.



This image is part of a Fae series that he is working on and even though the comment does not contain technical information, it does help one that views it understand the premise behind it.
