The beautiful gif animation being used was inspired by the original piece which can be seen at the following link:

It's nice to see its evolution continue. There are many symbols of unity such as the nine pointed stars being used in the art. The original piece also showed the "unity symbol" (the ideogram). Also being used often are representations of butterflies and winged spiritual beings. Peace through unity in the arts..

The inspiration for our icon which was used in this animation did indeed come the piece created for you by Peter Barreda and his work is amazing. After coming across the Mandala that he created for you, it prompted us to contact him and after many conversations, he modified his own work to create something for us. Mr Barreda is a truly gifted artist and his work is nothing less than inspired as well as inspiring. Many of his works have inspired some really great art and his site is full of deep inspiration not only in the visual works but in the story behind each of them.
We encourage the idea of unity across the lines and for people to expand their creativity beyond their comfort zone. Since you are fairly new to dA and do not have much activity on your account here, we thought we would ask if you would like us to help promote your group. We promote the art as well as the artist and believe that the dA community is a great place to do that. We can work together here within the dA community to promote the idea of unity through the arts. Drop us a note and we can get started on a project together.
